James Walters and the PRD team were great, keeping me informed of developments as they occurred, providing professional advice and assisting in arranging quality contractors. I would strongly recommend James and his team to vendors considering selling their properties. Tony Conway
Many thanks to James and PRDnationwide Harvey Oatley for organising things, providing market knowledge and expertise, reporting inspections details, and made everything going smoothly throughout the whole process of the property selling and the great outcome.
We bought our current home through James and have sold with him twice. I cannot speak highly enough of James and his team. They are highly professional and have always exceeded our expectations. James is always honest and transparent. The word that comes to mind most when I think of James is integrity. I would recommend James to anyone buying or selling.
James recently facilitated the sale of my father's property at Oatley. He made the process very easy and straightforward, and always took the time to answer and explain any questions we had. He has excellent knowledge of the Oatley real estate market and negotiated a great sale price at our auction.
Will provide you with a testimonial on our letterhead
Highly communicative and managed expectations well. Did what he said he would do in a timely basis and drove a successful marketing campaign and auction day for our property. The entire process managed while we were overseas, including dealing with our existing tenants and organising all work required to get our house ready for market. Highly recommended from both sides of the transaction (we bought the house and also sold it through James). Awesome work!
I was very satisfied with the work that James and his team did in selling my property for the price I wanted. I was kept informed every step of the way and consulted on everything. Highly professional and highly recommended!!!
I cannot praise James and Jack from PRD Nationwide at Oatley highly enough. From our first meeting, James was completely open and informative as to everything we could expect. The service James and his team provided throughout the sales campaign was excellent with a steady flow of feedback and communication. Nothing was ever too hard for them and we could always contact them. As a result of James' and Jack's hard work, we achieved a fantastic result. Thank you.
We interviewed a couple of agents first and weren't comfortable (you'll have to paint over your bedroom stars/sky ceiling because the Chinese won't like that). James had been recommended by a number of local friends and by openagent.com.au, and we were immediately impressed by him and his great team, so signed him up on the spot. His fees were comparable to the others, but he is very friendly, helpful and his team seems very active and experienced. Would recommend him and his team.
James Walters was recommended to me by a colleague at the Real Estate Agency where I am employed in relation to the sale of 3/78 Oatley Avenue Oatley. James and his team provided an outstanding service and provided an excellent outcome. I would highly recommend James to any prospective vendor and lessor. Sandra Quinn
It has been a pleasure dealing with James in the process of the sale of our property. Always respectful of our interests, professional in his approach, we always felt informed during the process and confident that we were represented well. Honest friendly and open manner for us had us confident we had given the sale into good hands. His advice and knowledge of this residential area is evident with a good feel for what people are looking for and his insight had us even rearranging some aspects for presentation. Overall James has a good reputation in this locality and we are very pleased to have engaged him and his teams in the successful sale of our property.
I was very pleased with how James managed the selling of our property. He kept us informed of outcomes of our open house inspections and other interest in the property and was excellent in his handling of the Auction for us. We were pleased with the outcome.
