James Weir and the team at Harcourts did an outstanding job at selling my home. Their local knowledge and desire to see the region reach its capacity meant that I was able to sell my property for more than some other agents predicted. If I had not listened to James I could have easily sold my home for far less than it was worth. He respected and treated my tenants well and developed a relationship with them that also facilitated the sale.

We 1st met James Weir in 2005 when looking for a house to buy. His communication skills were a breath of fresh air. He was very proactive in finding the perfect house for us. So when we decided to sell in 2014 we went straight back to him. Jame's is extremely knowledgable with the market. The promotion of our property was excellent, coupled with James's negotiation & marketing skills, James presented us with a contract within 2 weeks which was too good to refuse being only $4,000 less than the asking price.
