James was quite low key at first however as we settled into what we really wanted so his skills, knowledge and interest became apparent. James was there when we needed him, available and supportive of us in firstly choosing our home and then actually committing. Still there was a pleasant low key approach, but with his skill and care we are very appreciative and very happy purchasers.

The sale of our home was quick thanks to the efforts of our agent, James Worssam, but the process was extremely stressful due to the buyer borrowing a high percentage of the sale price....the resolution of gaining finance was prolonged and at times unconvincing. This left both James and ourselves in the dark right up to a 3 day delay in payment at settlement. James' ability to read the current market was pretty spot on re valuation and we were certainly happy with the outcome. The marketing process went smoothly and professionally.
