Even though James was acting for the vendor you would think he was our agent. As I am rurally based he took extra time and care to work in with when I could be in Perth etc and to make sure I had as much information as possible so my trip wasn’t wasted. I was happy with how James managed the sale. However I am very disappointed to know that items that were highlighted to me to be repaired prior to the sale were not completed. Seems that the agent supports the seller to the end.
