At the inception when we asked for an appraisal, Jamie provided us with a price range, which we initially thought would be hard to achieve. However, his effective marketing campaign combined with his excellent skills, he was able to motivate potential buyers to participate at the auction. He used to brief us twice weekly and provided us with a weekly comprehensive report, which I found to be very useful and satisfying. In the end, he was able to sell the property at the maximum possible price one could achieve for our property.
