Jamie was patient, and sensitive to the delay and the reason behind it. When it came time to sell, Jamie put in extra effort to ensure the sale occurred promptly. This included multiple open houses, being every weekend over a period of months, being well beyond the norm. When the purchaser came along, again, the effort to effect the sale in its final stages was excellent, with again, the sale being effected promptly.
