Jamie is the best in the business. He is professional and knowledgeable in all areas of real estate. This was a difficult sale for many reasons, but Jamie made the process simple and stress free. I would highly recommend for all real estate dealings.
I used Jamie to for the sale of my property which funny enough it who I originally bought it off about 10 years ago. Always kept me in the loop and made it easy for me. If I’m ever buying/leasing property again in Lithgow I’ll be contacting Jamie.
Jamie and his team are professional, open, honest and knows the market. Our place sold straight away at a great price. Thanks Jamie
We just exchanged contracts on our house. The greatest three things about Jamie Giokaris as an estate agent are - Energy, Focus, and Commitment. Not something you find in all estate agents. Great qualities in any work field . Ivar Kants
Jamie is a great person to sell your property. He has a vast knowledge of the local area, which is invaluable. He is assertive and confident in what he does, without being pushy or a push-over … he has the right balance. He has very good communication skills and will always follow up as required. His professionalism is on point - speaks well, presents well communicates well, always setting an excellent standard for his team. Overall, I would rate Jamie very highly and would have no hesitation selling another property through him. The experience selling this land was very rewarding. Thanks.
My selling experience with Jamie and his team at L J Hooker was exceptional. With Jamie’s knowledge of the local market and his client base, he had my property sold within 2 days of it being on the market. A remarkable outcome and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Jamie to anyone who is wanting an honest hardworking agent who puts you first.
We have worked with Jamie and his team many times buying and selling. As always Jamie and the friendly team were highly professional, sympathetic to our situation (this time of selling our childhood family home) and achieved results beyond our initial expectations in a very timely manner. A positive experience in a difficult time.
Jamie was an outstanding agent. The sale of my house included an extended delay to get the house to market due to my personal issues (unrelated to the agent). Jamie was patient, and sensitive to the delay and the reason behind it. When it came time to sell, Jamie put in extra effort to ensure the sale occurred promptly. This included multiple open houses, being every weekend over a period of months, being well beyond the norm. When the purchaser came along, again, the effort to effect the sale in its final stages was excellent, with again, the sale being effected promptly. If I was ever in a position to sell again, I would not want anyone else selling my home.
Jamie Giokaris is a real person, straight shooter, courteous, and compassionate to my tricky situation. He really knows his stuff, he’s an excellent sales person with a heart which is a rare find these days. I would highly recommend Jamie Giokaris to anybody who wishes to engage the best to sell their property.
This is the 5th property Jamie has successfully sold for us. His market expertise, consistent and clear communication and brilliant knowledge of the local market has once again achieved outstanding results prompty.
Jamie is very approachable and has a great knowledge of the areas real estate market. He was always chasing up loose ends and keeping us in the loop of what to expect and needed doing next. Only thing I would say is his estimate for a sale price was a little lower than it could have been. Great agent, money well spent. Thanks Jamie and team at LJ Hooker Lithgow.
Jamie was very clear and helpful in planning and executing the sale of this property. The results of his professional approach greatly exceeded my expectations. I would definitely seek his services again.
