Where do I start - I originally met Jamie back in 2012 when I first was looking for a house to buy. Being able to inspect houses only at the weekends he showed me more than I could remember, that is all but the first house. After much toing and froing interstate we finally settled. This year I decided that the home was too big so decided to sell and downsize to something more manageable. Who was called but Jamie who in record time had a buyer for me. He then had the task of finding somewhere for me to live. Again in record time he found my new home. All thru this process he has been patient, informative and always jolly. He is reliable, honest and I would certainly recommend him to my friends and family if needed. He certainly earned his respect from me, a great fellow.

What can I say about Jamie Gossage? I first met Jamie back in 2013 when I was looking to buy a home here in Nowra. I had a specific requirement of wanting at least 3 garages and at least 4 bedrooms. I gave him 2 days to find such a place for me. He did such an excellent job 7 years later when I was looking to downsize he was the obvious choice. After a tiny hiccup on my part Jamie found me a new home that suited me down to the ground. He is a professional and his smiling face makes him easy to work with. I would certainly recommend him to friends who are looking for a home to buy or sell.

Made the sale procedure a easy and professional task . No question was left unanswered, with every box ticked. Communication was pleasant and precise. Could not have chosen better... Jamie is a gentleman and professional.

We found Jamie to be a most personable and approachable agent. He is very knowledgeable of the market in the Shoalhaven area and provided sound and credible advice. He made the process of selling our house stress free and bearable in particular because of his pleasant personality and manner. He maintained constant communication with us all through the journey.

In hindsight I would not auction again unless the market is very buoyant. Obviously the success of an auction is dependent on the number of buyers at auction......who are actually able to buy! My first thoughts when the house went on the market that auction bidding would push the price up. Jamie got over 30 inspections which is fantastic. From this according to Jamie you would expect at least 10% (>3) at auction. Unfortunately there was only 1. Other potential buyers who liked the property were not in a position financially to bid. So with this in mind it may have been better waiting till the other buyers were in a better position which would have meant cancelling the auction and waiting. In terms of viewings Jamie and team did really well, opened up and ensured the house was ready for viewing and provided feedback after each viewing. However the house was unoccupied most of the time. At auction Jamie and team did really well in getting the best price. Some other factors may have gone against us but we will never surely know eg termites, however these were cleaned up and a formal 10 year warranty received. Regards, Andrew Sykes

Jamie worked so hard for us and was determined to sell our house at the best price. It wasn’t an easy sale but he took it in his stride and kept us very well informed with offers and the sale process. This is the second home Jamie has sold for us and we would highly recommend his skills and market knowledge.
