You only seem to remember the bad real estate agent the elitist that thinks they are wasting their time with you, the annoying one who wont leave you alone, or the too busy one looking at the next deal. Jamie is not one of these he SELLS the house to you, not a tired sales pitch but talks to you to make sure you suit the house. He ignores the tee shirt you threw on because this is the 15th house you have seen and talks to you. He works well with both the buyer and the seller presenting honest positions to both. Jamie is simply easy to deal with and is persuasive without being pushy. His team made the purchase so simple I was worried I missed something. His communication is timely and effective. What a fantastic result. It wasn't an easy sale as we both knew from the outset that we had some uncontrollable external negatives to overcome in relation to location.
