He worked very hard for me and had regular communications with me as to progress which I think is very important as it is a very stressful time trying to sell a house. The house had been on the market since July 2018 and we were getting worried when Jamie took the initiative to call us and suggest he could do better. Another call and we signed up with Kindred. 4 days later the house was photographed and shown and on the following weekend the buyer came forward. The sale of the property hit a snag when termite damage was discovered but constant contact was maintained and Jamie even recommended a builder who could remove necessary gyprock panels to explore damage. The interest of the buyer was maintained and in the following weeks an agreement was made and today the final settlement. (The repair of the damage was much less than we expected.) We can’t thank Jamie enough for seeing this sale through and for his availability on the phone (as we live in Sydney). He delivered exactly what he promised. This sale is such a load off our shoulder and we are grateful that Jamie made that initial call.
