I had several agents to choose from. Jamie was the most energetic in convincing me of his ability as an agent, so on that basis I figured he'd be equally persuasive in selling my house. He said he could do a quick sale, and he was right - listed on Friday, a bunch of people through the open house on Saturday, and five offers by the end of the day.
