Jamie suggested emptying the house, tidying up the painting and floorboards and a general clean up inside and out, along with an interior decorator to furnish appropriately. I had recently had a back operation and was not overly mobile. Jamie helped coordinate everything including physically helping with the furniture removal. When people talk about going the extra mile this bloke goes an extra couple. The property went on the market on Thursday and we achieved our top price with an unconditional cash contract the following Monday, with a marketing Strategy which is extremely clever. Jamie has a casual approach when dealing with vendors and potential buyers but don't let this foul you. He is a true gentleman and an expert in real estate and negotiation. Working with Jamie is like working with a friend as he guides you through the process which can sometimes be stressful for everyone. Jamie gave us some very inexpensive ideas to improve our presentation even when I was prepared to spend more. Jamie pulled it back to save us money where we could. Jamie even offered up some of his own bits and pieces to place in our home! Jamie's attention to detail provided us with an outstanding result. Listed on the Thursday, first open on a Monday evening, contract signed and officially sold by Friday morning. No more opens, sold for more than what we wanted. Fees very reasonable with Jamie passing on external fees with no cream on the top for him. Jamie is very honest, very hard working family man, very knowledgeable and helpful.

Jamie has a wealth of knowledge and his 2 week strategy is clearly working for him in his specialty areas of Plympton etc when selling family homes. We are in West Beach selling an apartment which was a little left of center in terms of its appeal as it would only attract a certain buyer type. His strategy didn't work for us and took us upwards of 7 weeks to get under contract. But the main thing was that he got it sold, and his communication and attitude were top notch. I hate agents who bullshit you and Jamie is straight up in his approach which I really liked. Would recommend him but if you have a unique property, I would beware of using such a short selling strategy as you may be disappointed.
