When I decided to sell my home I enlisted the prospective aid of 3 Real Estate agents 2 local area and 1 (Jamie) who was not local. Although they all seemed knowledgeable and the terms they were offering seemed reasonably similar Jamie was the only one who got back to me in writing with all the selling options and a complete outlay of all the costs plus advice as to whether I should or should not take up all the separate marketing selling tools or options. Selling a home is a very stressful business but during the campaign his relaxed approach, constant feedback and his organizational skill had my mind at complete ease. His advice on whether to go to auction or sell before hand was invaluable and when negotiations started he handled them extremely well and the figure he negotiated was far higher than even my wildest dreams and way above market expectations. I have no reservations in recommending Jamie and JZ to anybody selling or buying a home he is without doubt in my mind a highly creditable and extremely honest agent and person.
