Jamie helped the reviewer sell this property

The most honest player in property.

The most honest and capable businessman man I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re looking for an agent to lie and rip people off, look elsewhere. If you’re looking for a solid transaction, with someone that will work incessantly hard for you and engineer a solid outcome where both parties are happpy, Jamie is your man. I engaged Jamie as a BA when I first bought an investment property. Then I engaged him again 14 years later to sell it. I didn’t want to spin bullshit to anyone, and Jamie won’t. He got a fair price for a decent property without having to get in the gutter which he would never do. Hard work is better than slimy spin. If I ever need to transact property again, either as a buyer or as seller, I wouldn’t consider anyone else.
