Shanna who handled my case was absolutely delightful , thoughtful, and professional. I indicated my several requirements for a replacement house and every house selected for my attention was totally compliant. Shanna specifically sought out suitable properties and approached the owners to inquire if they were interested in selling. The advantage for me was that most houses I inspected were not listed on the market so at no stage did I feel that Time was critical, thus eliminating that pressure. I was free to visit their office at any time and any queries were dealt with immediately and efficiently.
