I had a great experience working with Jan Hooghe from Paradise Property Group on the sale of my Cairns property, especially in a challenging market. Jan was very patient with my requirements and carefully structured the sale price in phases based on his strong understanding of market sentiment. He also went above and beyond to help with matters outside his scope, which was invaluable as I’m interstate. Highly professional and committed. Highly recommended!

If you’re selling your property Jan is the man. Jan went above and beyond any expectations I may of had in the process of selling my property. He is thorough, determined, prompt in communication and clearly driven to get the best result possible. You can sense the pride, ambition and care every step of the way. Thanks so much Paradise Property group for being so transparent and easy to deal with. It’s been a pleasure.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling our home with Jan. He was knowledgeable, approachable and kept us informed every step of the way. He made the whole process incredibly easy and was always there to answer our questions and ease any nerves. We’d happily recommend Jan to anyone looking to sell!

Although Jan represented the seller, we were very happy with how he handled our property purchase in Cairns. He was professional, responsive and fair throughout the process. All issues identified during the building inspection were successfully resolved, and we really appreciated Jan’s practical approach and ability to find a reasonable middle ground. Highly recommended.

Both my husband and I felt we could trust him, and he was very honest and straight forward. A very very good sales person. We wish him all the best of luck and success. Thank you Jan. # 11

Jan was extremely friendly and polite. He presented himself with a high level of professionalism. He was always quick to respond to any queries I had, and always happy to assist where he could. Thank you once again Jan for all your hard work!

Not a very good experience whatsoever.

Jan approached the sale of my home with a well-informed plan that he followed with confidence and commitment. He was able to secure serious buyers and the house sold for a better than expected price after one home open. I would recommend Jan to anyone wanting to sell their home.

We have used Jan for both buying and selling. Excellent all round, would highly recommend to use him for all your buying and selling.

He always checked in during the whole process to make sure I understood every details of the process, overall was super happy with the whole process and never felt like I was doing it alone!

Jan was a complete professional the whole time I had him as my agent. His approach was second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending him

Jan was extremely helpful with everything, including organising carpet cleaning and fixing a few things before we arrived. 100 % happy
