Having been overwhelmed by the market arriving at the open being greeting by Jan was a breath of fresh air. No pressure. Jan kept me up-to date at every step. And the office at Clifton Shopping Centre is amazing.. although a little early for a Christmas tree.. it did look pretty.

There were considerable maintenance items prior to listing and Jan was brilliant in helping with all requirements. (Not his role which took considerable pressure off me). He styled the unit and made it look incredible - thus at the first open multiple offers and it was sold. He achieved a record sale price within our complex.
