Jan performed an excellent open day pointing out all the good points of the property to all the people attending the open day. He submitted my offer promptly to the sellers and later organised the purchase of items the sellers wished to sell outside the purchase of the house. He also attended when a building surveyor and pest inspector attended the property on my behalf. He worked extremely hard to please all parties.
