Jan is a top Real Estate agent. We were very impressed by the way that she managed the sale of our home. Her professionalism, friendly manner, excellent and timely communication throughout the process of the sale was exceptional.

I immediately felt at home with Jan. The valuation she gave me was very close to the ultimate price we achieved . Jan gave me lots of encouragement during a difficult process for me. I recommend Jan Jones and her team for their warmth and professionalism.

Jan was a pleasure to deal with in every way. Honest, reliable and efficient. If she said she was going to do something it was done straight away. Our purchase went through with a minimum of fuss.

Jan was right! Her knowledge of real estate in our area was very accurate for us. Jan was easy to deal with and we appreciated her friendly, professional manner. We would definitely recommend her and use her again.

very easy to work with, a good knowledge of Redcliffe real estate.

This is the second time I have sold a property with Jan, with excellent results and within a 3 month window. I highly recommend Jan and loved working with her to sell a unit this time, which I thought would be quite difficult considering the number of similar properties for sale at the time. Jan had prospective buyers coming through every week. She went out of her way to be available for showings etc and nothing was too much trouble.

Jan was always up with the latest news in the real estate world at Rothwell

Jan was very helpful with everything.

I didn't quite expect an agent was going to be so straight-forward about what needed to happen. She got back to me when I needed her assistance and sorted all that she could quickly. It was a dream to go through the process with them. I think usually only sellers say that about real estate agents, so it's saying something that the company was so transparent and honest.

Best Agent we've ever dealt with. Will not hesitate to use them should we sell again. Jan is such a lovely and professional person to work with, and nothing was too hard for her to handle. Highly experienced she made our sale such a breeze. We recommend Jan Jones Agency to anyone and will definitely encourage anyone we know who is buying or selling to go to them first.

very professional Jan treats you like a friend and very helpful thanks Jan regards Bede Heller

I didn't believe i would find an honest real estate agent until i had first hand experience of the Jan Jones team. What a good bunch of people who really work hard for the vendors , over and above what is expected of them. Jan personally dealt with the sale of my home , by bringing a qualified buyer to show through and ultimately a contract was gained by her friendly, easy manner. She is the best.
