The sellers requested not to have a sold sign on the property and the only thing that could have been improved with our experience was if Jan met us at the property with the keys and a sold sign given it was our first house, however she did drop a sold sign around several weeks after so we could get our photo which we appreciated. It appeared that there was a very “mateship”like relationship between the seller and Jan Jones agency. It has become very apparent after settlement that a number of areas that were confirmed as being repaired and in good working order are not. I felt as the buyer I have been mislead in this process and not given clear or relevant information. Unfortunately this made the process awkward and unsatisfactory
