Jane was very well prepared with information on houses in our area that had recently sold or were on the market so we could gauge where we stood in the market at that time. The follow up after open houses with the people who had come thru on the day & passing any relavent information to us was great. The market has had a downturn but Jane did a lot of talking to the person who purchased our property to bring him up in price , which we were happy with.
