Jane Caulfield and Levin Lyu were exceptional. Jane and Levin carried out an exceptional campaign leading up to the sale of my house. First they identified when to sell and set up key dates of “open for inspection” and the date and time of the auction, and the expected price range. Next they organized small family businesses to get my house ready for sale including a gardener, a home sorting specialist, and a momma, poppa, and the kids cleaning service who did a stunning spring clean and then weekly cleaning. During the campaign they followed up on the people who inspected the house providing exceptional feedback in writing each week keeping me in the picture and facilitating my setting a very realistic reserve. A problem arose the day before the auction and Jane organized a tradesman who fixed the problem the night before the auction. The proof of the pudding is in the eating. There was a magic moment in the auction when the agents entered my house to tell me that the price now exceeded my reserve. Naturally I said “The house is now on the market”. I was so pleased.
Jane proved right from the begining that she was very driven and commited to the whole process of selling our house and getting the best possible price for us. We must say that the price we finally got was slightly lower than expected, but in comparison with the houses that have sold there after we feel we achieved, with the guidance of Jane, a fantastic result.
