Jane has been a good agent and managed a tricky sale of a property previously passed in from another agent. She prefers sale my fixed date - which is I was a bit hesitant about. In the end I was successful but lack of transparency of other bidders' bids created some uncertainty for me. All in all, Jane was a good agent and will no doubt sell your house at the market rate.
