Jane and Rachel were outstanding to work with, from the beginning of the process to the end. In the beginning, I valued Jane's sage advice on the market and what to expect through the process. She was especially valuable in helping us to prepare Mum's house for sale. She introduced painters to touch up the interior of the house, house washers for outside, pest and building inspectors to create report for buyer's use, pool fence certifier, and most helpfully two wonderful people to help manage the process of emptying the house and the process of completely re-styling the place for sale with modern furniture and accessories. The preparation of photography and advertising was thoughtful and managed with ease. Overall, the project management help at the beginning was a godsend for us and set us up for success and for low levels of stress. During the sale process, Jane continued to pay attention to every detail. Each open for inspection was handled as if it was the first. Jane followed up with every single group that attended an open for inspection and every single phone or internet enquiry. We received a comprehensive weekly report during the auction campaign, together with an insightful and honest commentary. We always felt we knew exactly how the process was unfolding and what was appealing or not to potential buyers. On several occasions I heard Jane talking with buyers and was impressed with the way she build rapport and marketed the home. At the back end of the process, as we received offers before auction, Jane's experience really showed She provided us with excellent and balanced advice. She was thoughtful and patient and was able to manage competing buyers as the price bid up. By the time we accepted an offer ahead of the auction, we felt that everything possible had been done to attract buyers and bids. we felt sure that we had received full value. We felt assisted and advised, but never pushed by Jane. I trust Jane and recommend her unreservedly.
