As a first House buyer (having been living in apartments the whole life), she told us a lot of things to be aware of and she and her assistants answered all questions that we asked. She was in the meantime very experienced because while she was aware that we were subject to FIRB Approval, she tried her best to communicate with the original owner (overseas) and secured the house as best as she could for us as we genuinely wanted the property.
