Our experience with selling two homes in Dubbo through a local Agent. With the first property we had 4 other Agents looking at the family home. Both my sister, brother and myself discussed the options. We all decided that Jane was the best. Unfortunately a neighbour offered us a price that was acceptable to all. Other than that Jane would have been our Agent of choice. The second property for sale did eventuate and Jane was the appointed Agent. Jane, true to her word said she had a couple of interested buyers she would like to show, without having to advertise.
