Jane was fantastic to work with, presenting us with a unique opportunity to sell our property without having to list it on the open market ( it was an investment property). The whole process was simple and hassle free, which was helpful as we live in a different state now. Jane was communicative but not so much so that it wads annoying. Despite being interstate, the sale of the property went through without any glitches through regular contact via phone and email. I was also kept up to date every step of the way in regards to where the sales are at.
We selected Jane after giving 4 Agents the opportunity to quote to sell our house. She was the only one who listened to my request for email communication(we live interstate), and was open & up front with fees & charges and suggestions with what we needed to do to the house (it was a trashed rental). I was also attracted by their "Days on market" average as I believed that indicated she knew the market & would put an appropriate price on our house and target the appropriate buyers.
