I'm not sure we we're the easiest vendors to deal with but I am sure James and Jane did everything in their power to achieve a truly unexpected and great result for us. They told us that they would treat us like a family and this is true. Jane Garwood and James Garwood are a truly amazing team! Our sale of a deceased estate involved very tricky issues which Jane and James handled sensitively and extremely ethically. Earlier this year I had a stroke of luck! Jane was the selling agent for our new house. While I know her best interest is to get the best result for her client, she took a very personal approach to our needs and was never "pushy" or dishonest which are rare attributes in this market. She kept us up to date with the progress of the seller, the other interested parties and what was an acceptable price in a hot market.
