Earlier this year I had a stroke of luck! I was selling my 3 bedroomed townhouse in Wollstonecraft when a friend recommended Jane and James Garwood of Belle Property Neutral Bay, saying they had an excellent reputation for integrity and professionalism as well as the ability to achieve the very best price I was actually about to sign with another agent but as soon as I met Jane and James and they went through their presentation I had a swift change of mind and knew that they were the ones I wanted to sell the property. Jane was the selling agent for our new house. While I know her best interest is to get the best result for her client, she took a very personal approach to our needs and was never "pushy" or dishonest which are rare attributes in this market. She kept us up to date with the progress of the seller, the other interested parties and what was an acceptable price in a hot market.
