Janelle has been lovely throughout the process of our property purchase. Her communication has been excellent, friendly and prompt and we have appreciated her work throughout the process.

Janelle was always going to be our go to if we ever decided to sell our property. We knew she was reliable, efficient and would help us understand the market when pricing our property. She came to us with every update she had, big or small. The communication was great and we got our property sold amazingly quick. Janelle and her team are what we look for in a real estate agency. Having been looking for a property around Seymour since December 2025, whilst my home was up for sale, Janelle and her staff were friendly, accommodating and professional. Once my house was sold, I only had 35 days to try to find somewhere to live - trying to get settlement of the new home to match settlement of the old. Whilst this did not eventually occur, Janelle went above and beyond trying to find me properties that would suit my lifestyle (with or without renovations). She was always friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble, and she kept searching for a home for me that would suit my hobbies, work and lifestyle. She really got to know me, to assist in trying to find me a home. She just did not give up trying to find me the right property. I appreciate all she has done for me and my family, and would recommend her to anyone who will listen.
