Having been looking for a property around Seymour since December 2025, whilst my home was up for sale, Janelle and her staff were friendly, accommodating and professional. Once my house was sold, I only had 35 days to try to find somewhere to live - trying to get settlement of the new home to match settlement of the old. Whilst this did not eventually occur, Janelle went above and beyond trying to find me properties that would suit my lifestyle (with or without renovations). She was always friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble, and she kept searching for a home for me that would suit my hobbies, work and lifestyle. She really got to know me, to assist in trying to find me a home. She just did not give up trying to find me the right property. I appreciate all she has done for me and my family, and would recommend her to anyone who will listen.
