Janet originally started her career in the advertising & marketing industry where she held the role of Creative Director for multinational advertising agencies responsible for creating and selling concepts/ideas to international clientele both in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. She is a creative problem-solver!
Her interest in property started organically, first as a homeowner and gradually expanded to property investing, renovating and even had some projects featured in home/property magazines. This has led to her passion in styling, architecture and real estate.
Prior to her career with Xceed, she worked with a boutique real estate agency in North Perth in the residential sales honing her skills as a Sales Consultant in the Perth greater area. Janet values the relationship with her clients above anything else and is committed to getting great results. She understands that buying or selling a property can be a stressful and emotional journey. Hence, she feels strongly that a transparent and an empathetic approach to understanding client’s needs and wants will help them in achieving the best outcome with their property goals.
As a property investor, she constantly watches and keeps herself updated with the current property market. She resides in one of the Perth’s coastal suburbs and specializes in these areas but is also not short of market knowledge in the Perth greater area.
Her cheerful and positive energy makes her a people’s person. She is multilingual and speaks English, Bahasa, Mandarin and several dialects e.g. Cantonese and Hokkien. She is multicultural and enjoys building relationships with people from all walks of life!
