Despite a few hiccups related to the property itself, Janette made the whole purchase process painless. Very efficient in sourcing answers to questions and following up on all contact same day. Far exceeded the experience I had with other agents during our 6 month search and multiple contracts which didn't eventuate. Would definitely recommend.
