Janice worked with determination sell our house and was always helpful . She always kept us informed and was cheerful and enthusiastic both in the preparations for sale and when the house went on the market.. Janice is experienced and very skilled at negotiating and has sound knowledge of the local real estate market and of the correct processes of selling .Janice is prepared to work after hours and was always was available to discuss and involve us in the process of the sale. Our house was sold in a week and a half and we were very happy with the outcome.

Janice and Becky gave us the upmost service before and after the sale of our house. We sold the house in 3 days over Christmas when many other agents had taken a break. Our house sold on Boxing Day! Janice working right up till that evening when she flew out on a well earned break. While she was away, Becky stepped in readily giving us advice on any properties we were viewing and helping us in any way she could , even providing packing boxes for us. It is a stressful and emotional time buying and selling and when Janice returned to find me still emotional about the house search she started forwarding properties that she felt were similiar to the styling of my original property. Finally she came up with the perfect house and helped to secure it for us. Janice ad Becky work incredibly hard, love real estate and give great advice in preparing a house for sale. They were honest about the possible things that might detract buyers from our property, so we felt well informed . They were spot on about the value of our property. No hesitation in recommending them if you want to sell or buy!

We have know Janice since we relocated to the Franskton South area over 3 years ago. We had been looking to buy our family home for over 18 months and over that time we saw a lot of houses and dealt with a lot of agents. Janice took the time to listen to our requirements would contact us with details of a property just prior to listing so that we would always consider it. We always found her to be honest in her appraisals if she thought the property would be sutiable for us or not. Not all agents did took that time and we were just another buyer to them. Janice always addressed us by name and we developed a good rapport with her as it can be quite tiring and stressful looking at houses week in week out. We were happy that we found our home and even better for us that Janice was the agent. I would recommend Janice to anyone either looking to sell or to buy as agents here very rarely give the time to buyers as they do sellers.
