Dear Janice It is a pleasure to write this letter to thank you for all your hard work in selling my Rothwell property, Thanks in your case is certainly not enough! I hope this letter explains my belief that you are an exemplary real estate agent You looked at and emphasised the suitability of this property. By this time I had grown accustomed to your high energy level, and great work ethic, but now you have amazed me with your flexibility and persistence in making a most satisfactory sale. It is no exaggeration in closing that selling a property can be a stressful time you and your team at Move On Realty provided the support and confidence I needed to know things would work out. Through it all you were a clearly a partner and a friend. For all of these reasons this is why I can unconditionally recommend you to my friends and acquaintances. It is without hesitation that I would seek you out with any future real estate needs. Sincerely Terry Barrett

I found Janice Gribben to be very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. A friendly and approachable agent. Will definitely recommend her to others.

Janice was great selling our unit in kippa - ring. She was a delight to have as an agent , Janice kept us informed at all times as to how everything was going .Our parents lived in the unit and Janice even informed them on everything that was happening as they are in their 80's and this made them very comfortable .We would recommend Janice to anyone to sell their homes

I felt at ease with Janice. She was easy to talk to..and seemed as if she really cared. Janice was very helpful and courteous. Thankyou.

Janice was good to deal with we would recommend her to friends and family.

Janice was extremely informative & helpful with our recent purchase.Great to deal with & all queries attended to promptly.

Such a pleasurable experience in buying our first home through Janice. Janice spent no time mucking around from the very beginning & ensured it was a stress less experience. Thank you so much Janice!

Janice was easy to follow (once you overcame the broad Scots accent) and explained the process and provided excellent feedback. Her great strength is in her knowledge of the procedures in place when selling a freehold retirement villa linked to a body corporate's particularities. She displayed excellent communication skills and personality. I would strongly recommend her to my friends.

We were guided by Janice's experience and recommendations. By doing so we achieved a sale within the timeframe we required and also a price exceeding our expectations.
