Janice was a pleasure to work with on the purchase of our investment property. Despite us being in another country during the purchase process, Janice kept in contact with us in a timely and professional manner. Thanks for making the process so seamless!

Guided my 82year mother in law into a nice lowset villa in a Redcliffe retirement village with a minimum of stress…. Nothing was a problem… I would find it hard “not” to recommend ! 👍👍👍👍

Simply outstanding… and that’s from a former real estate agent! Janice assisted my elderly mother in law sell her first floor unit and buy a lowest villa in a retirement village…. As myself and my wife were overseas at the time, Janice went over and beyond arranging paperwork and driving my mother-in-law to solicitors, etc. We can not thank her enough for her passion for her job and professionalism. We can’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you Janice.

Janice is a great agent very knowledgeable about the area and property she is selling. Very professional in all aspects.

Janice is certainly an asset to Crown Properties. I purchased a property in a Freehold Retirement Village and she was very knowledgeable in how this differed from other Retirement Villages. Janice is an energetic and fun character and it was a pleasure dealing with her. It would be my pleasure to recommend Janice Gribben as a sales person who knows her stuff in regard to properties in and around the Redcliffe Peninsula.

I want to thank Janice for selling my house as she got me a very good price on the house, and i congratulate Janice on achieving this for me so thank you Janice. From the beginning to the settlement Janice showed me that she had Knowledge, experience in her field of work, but most of all Janice caught my attention in displaying her sense of humor, her beautiful personality to be able to speak to people at all levels of the conversations and Crown Properties should be very proud to have an employee like Janice because she is an asset to their Business. Cheers, David

Janice sold our home in record time within a couple of days listed. She was always readily available and provided timely feedback. Janice has an amazing style, and her kind friendly nature made it easy to connect.

Janice was amazing to work with. She was transparent, quick to respond and made us feel completely at ease. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a smoother transaction. The whole Crown team were amazing and we would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

I was delighted to ask Janice to sell my property about a decade after I had bought it 'from her'. On both sides of a property sale, Janice is entirely professional and a delight to work with. Her warmth and genuine attention to each client are remarkable.

We were looking for an investment unit, and Janice was vey quick and efficient to provide answers to questions ,arranged private inspections quickly , as well as was available to be at the property when i had to bring tradies to assess renovations works prior to contract being inconditional.

We would highly recommend Janice for her professionalism, her strong market knowledge and expertise, excellent communication with keeping us totally informed of the process and working towards a successful outcome for all parties involved in our selling and buying experience. We find Janice to be very friendly, helpful, efficient, and totally trustworthy with a wealth of knowledge to create a smooth transition for all. Well done 👏 👌 🙌
