We chose Max Brown as they presented well in an unassuming 'all about them' attitude that is evident in many other real estate agents and I felt we could relate to her easily and she would understand my point of view - which turned out to be an accurate assumption. All went well in the end after dealing with challenging tenants who were reluctant to comply with their obligations.
