The support team behind the scenes at Max Brown were also efficient and courteous. We chose Max Brown as they presented well in an unassuming 'all about them' attitude that is evident in many other real estate agents and I felt we could relate to her easily and she would understand my point of view - which turned out to be an accurate assumption. All went well in the end after dealing with challenging tenants who were reluctant to comply with their obligations.
