Jarath helped the reviewer sell this property

Outstanding Service, Excellent Communication and a Fantastic Sale Result

I honestly couldn't be happier with Jarath Moss from Harcourts Dapto. Selling my townhouse in Dapto was a big deal for me, and Jarath made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. He did a fantastic job selling my three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse in just 51 days, and achieved a great result in the range of $760,000–$780,000, especially considering the market had softened. What I appreciated most about Jarath was how genuinely caring, friendly and approachable he was throughout the entire process. He was always happy to answer my questions, incredibly patient, and kept me informed every step of the way. I never felt like I was just another client. He made me feel valued and reassured, and I always felt I could reach out to him whenever I needed to. Jarath really went above and beyond on several occasions, making himself available outside normal business hours to help me. One thing that really stuck with me was when he personally dropped my keys off after hours so I could get into my Dapto property. It's those little things that show how much someone genuinely cares and how willing they are to go the extra mile for their clients. I'm so grateful for all the time, effort and care Jarath put into selling my property. His communication, professionalism, patience and dedication made such a difference, and I couldn't have asked for a better person to guide me through the process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jarath to anyone looking to sell their property. If you're after an agent who is not only great at what he does but also genuinely cares about his clients, Jarath is your person. Thank you so much, Jarath, for everything you've done. I truly appreciate it!
