Jared showed me a property I was interested in before I'd even put my property on the market, he knew I wanted it, we had to work fast. Jared helped me put my property on the market, giving me ideas on presentation and recommending small improvements to increase interest and get my home sold fast (knowing I am heavily pregnant he even warned me that buying and selling can be stressful, thoughtful advice that didn't go unnoticed) - my place sold within a week and then we began the process of buying my new home. Jared is honest and genuine, he told me to look at other properties before I offered, he knew it was the first house I had seen and didn't want me to rush into anything. It hasn't been a simple process, needing to work dates around my settlement as well as my due date, but without jinxing anything, so far so good.
