While Jared is new to real estate and we were hesitant to go with him, he was part of the Harcourts team at Scarness Hervey Bay so we trusted they were providing him with support and guidance. We we pleasantly surprised with his keenness, willingness to support us, and ultimately his diligence in arranging inspections and a very early offer which was tremendous. Approximately 10/12 days on the market (without an open for inspection) provided us a fabulous offer. Jared was helpful, listened intently and ultimately did the job we’d paid for very quickly and totally suitable. We would certainly recommend Jared especially with his patience and tolerance of a couple of oldies.
