Jared from the team at Harcourt s Hervey Bay, was my sales man for my house. He was nice at the start until I sign the doc’s required then he changed after the first sale of the house fell though, he found a new buyer within 4 days from Tea Gardens, he told them the price I was willing to agree to take, so they offer me a lower price, Jared was an advocated for the buyer, not the seller. I have, had drinks with the couple who owns the house. Yes, I paid him over $12,000 to work for the other team.
