I have had many encounters with real estate agents and buyers advocates over the years and Jared is an absolute stand out. Not only does Jared know his market he is a delight to deal with. He is accomodating, personable and delivers everything he does with a smile! In what was a tricky exchange of properties between vendor and buyer, he showed expertise, patience and interpersonal skills well beyond his years. What you see is what you get - a young man who is passionate about what he does with a genuine desire to do the very best for his clients. If only all agents had a fraction of his qualities!

Jared was a pleasure to work with for the sale of our home. He has great knowledge of the market and took us through every step of our selling process in a reassuring way. Jared had great negotiation skills on the day of our auction and got a great result for us :-) Jared is a hard-working agent with excellent social skills and an approachable manner. He is really dedicated to his clients and I will be recommending him to my friends and family. I hope to cross paths in the future - thanks Jared!

Jared was very understanding about my personal situation. He was patient and negotiated effectively between myself and the vendor. Easy to talk to. I would highly recommend using him

Jared sold my home in Langwarrin almost 4 years ago when he was somewhat new to the game. When it came time to sell my investment property, I "interviewed" 3 agents, and chose Jared as the best agent to handle my sale. There were some challenging and sensitive negotiations required, and Jared handled every phase with professionalism and a true commitment to achieving what was a brilliant result. I can thoroughly recommend Jared as an agent who has a great local knowledge, understands market trends, and who will work tirelessly to achieve the best possible result, with a professional, trustworthy and friendly approach.

Jared made the selling of our house very easy. Jared took all the stress out of it, always checked in with us about what we wanted and when and negotiated a great price for us. Jared always answered and returned our calls promptly and kept us up to date whenever he had new information. Jared is a down to earth really nice guy who has a great knowledge of Langwarrin property market and we would thoroughly recommend using his services. Jenny and Peter Wilson.

I have been very impressed with Jared’s approach to Real Estate from the first moment I met him. Such a breath of fresh air in a very competitive marketplace, he has gone above and beyond to find us a home - communication is a key for me and he definitely has kept in constant contact without being a pushy real estate agent . I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a hard working ,down to earth agent who will put your needs and wants in a home first . We happily now have bought with him and are about to list our home for sale with Jared. And from both a purchaser and vendor perspective you couldn’t find a better agent .

We were impressed with how easy Jared made everything for us. Communication was always open and all of our questions were answered promptly.

Jared and the team at O'Brien Real Estate were a pleasure to deal with. Jared's communication, market knowledge, honesty and dedication to the sale of our property was second to none. His patience and persistence throughout our sales campaign was highly commendable and we would definitely recommend his services to family and friends!

Jared and team at Obrien have exceeded our expectations of the sale of our property. Jared is professional and has great market knowledge. Highly recommend Jared and his team at Obrien real estate.

Makes you feel like you're not just another client, but rather important and doesn't simply state he will do all he can to sell your house, he backs up his word with action. Kept me updated at all times and got me a sale price I never thought I'd receive. Thanks Jared.

Jarred was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was honest and completely engaged throughout the entire process. Will definitely be recommending him to anyone in need of his services!

Jared is extremely passionate and hardworking. He is honest and easy to communicate with (not your typical tell them what they want to hear sales person). He is very clear and knowledgeable about real estate and made selling my house totally uncomplicated. Would recommend him 100%
