Jarrod and the team have made selling my property as easy as can be. I would never have thought it could be that easy! Jarrod displays knowledge, excellent communication skills and is always willing to go that extra mile - a real pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
We would like to express our appreciation for the effort that Jared provided for our recent property purchase. Jared has been very approachable since the first day we met, he patiently answered all our questions within and outside business hours. He is serious about his work and has done great to ensure the best interest of all the parties involved. It has been an absolutely great pleasure to be looked after by Jared, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone who seek a fantastic property purchase/selling experiences. Thank you Jared! :-)
Out of any agent that I have dealt with in property sales, Jared has proved himself to be a cut above the rest. His passion and dedication towards his clients is unwavering. Whilst selling my property and during the transaction, his integrity and communication executed a smooth sale with zero glitches. I fully recommend him.
Jared McGovern carried me and my family through the searching, purchasing a new home and selling my previous home. Extremely approachable and didn't talk in jargon leaving me dumbfounded to what he was saying. He always made me feel he was putting in additional effort and if I was ever running late, he never made me feel uncomfortable. I would gladly recommend Jared's assistance and guidance if buying &/or selling property, to anyone.
Jared was not only an extremely professional agent who understood what we wanted but he was also very easy to work with which made the whole experience of selling our house as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend Jared to anyone wanting to sell or buy.
My partner and I first met Jared during the weekly routine of attending open houses. From the first moment we were introduced it was a personal connection rather then business. Without Jareds help during our first home hunt we would be still struggling with all the obstacles it comes with. Jared made it a personal matter of his own to make sure we found a new home we loved and to make that process as easy as possible. I would recommend Jared to anyone that's looking to buy or sell a home.
Jarod recently sold our house in Frankston, not only did he get much more then we expected,he kept us informed the whole way. This was the first time we had sold and Jarod explained everything to us in detail. Even after we had sold we have kept in contact and hopefully purchase our new house through him, could not speak more highly of an agent and he certainly goes against what I was always told about agents. Thanks again Jarod
From the get go my partner and I found Jared to be approachable, well presented and professional. He was happy to assist every possible questions we had in regards to the property and the area. I would highly recommend Jared to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house and i look forward to our next meeting in the near future. Thank-you for everything Jared. We could not be happier
Would highly recommend Jared as your agent of choice when selling property. He at all times was honest, reliable, informative and professional. He treated myself and family with utmost respect during a difficult time in our lives. He worked hard to get the best outcome when selling our home and ensuring we were happy with the outcome.
From the outset Jared was punctual, enthusiastic and well presented. His communication levels were exceptional and he was always very quick to debrief on open house and follow up on any offers. His knowledge of the local area was very good and he guided us through the selling process nicely. I would definitely recommend Jared to anyone looking to sell their home.
Recently purchased a property in Langwarrin where Jared McGovern was our agent. We couldn't be happier with his friendly attitude and with the house he found for our family. We had a criteria for things we wanted in the house and yard area and within a week Jared had three houses for us to check out. One we went back to and then purchased and are very happy here and very pleased he as our agent. I would recommend and have already recommended Jared to family and friends.
