My year-long property search was stressful, disappointing, and fraught with untruths, but all that ended when I crossed paths with Jared at an off-market open home. As I have told many of my friends, Jared had several opportunities to answer my questions using 'agent spin', but he didn't. It was refreshing to receive honest answers which 100% helped me know exactly where I stood in the purchase process, which made it a quick and seamless transaction.
