With all the Open Houses it was great to see the interest Jared had made with Advertising and when they came Jared and Oscar greeted the people looking at the house. They took great care of my home. Each time I had an Open House I had time to get the house ready for inspection. I had intending buyers knocking at the door but I said Come back when the Agent is here. Now I liked the was Oscar and Jared presented the house and put away anything that wasn't necessary.
It's usually true, that when situations are outside the norm, the true skills and character of a person shows up. We were overseas when we decided to sell our house and were referred to Jared. Right from the go, Jared had to deal with time differences, no face to face comms with us, delays in clarifications due to the time difference. However, Jared understood the limitations, was very organised with his communications, extremely efficient and above all understood our expectations and delivered to perfection. Jared understood that we were first time sellers, so he was very patient with all the basic and repetitive questions I had. At no point did we feel that we needed to be there locally because he made sure he was always available. Through out the process, he ensured that he kept us up to-date, provided sound advice and was always prompt with communications. I cannot recommend Jared enough. He has been an absolute star.
