There is a lot of competition for listings and frankly some agents can be just too pushy and become pests. However, Ammon initially made contact with us and quietly got on with his job, persistently, politely, only making contact at agreed intervals. Jared lead the pre-sales process and gave us honest and realistic advice. He didn't push us for an unnecessary print marketing and advertising budget. He believed our property would do well with a basic internet ad across the various sites, Realestate.com.au and Domain.com.au. The time taken, quality and process, going from paperwork, photographs, ad description to final listing was hassle free. We did private inspections, where Jared would aggregate potential buyers, so we could choose times and intervals that suited us. We were determined to achieve our goal with the sale price.
