Jared worked hard on this sale. It was challenging as I needed to sell it for more than what I had paid and there were some cheaper lots nearby selling at the same time. Jared didnt give up where others would have backed off. He kept at it and achieved the result we wanted.

Hi Jared, In response to your email seeking a review of "Team Jared's" performance, following the recent purchase of our new home, we must say that our response is not favourable. "Team Jared", we found, were "always" extremely difficult to contact, and needed constant chasing to pass on the vague responses to our enquiries. We, and our representatives, found that we were being time and response controlled to the advantage of your difficult seller. A home sale should leave both, the buyer and seller, feeling that the agent has done their best to work with both parties. Yes, they are agents for the seller, but it must be remembered that eventually, buyers will become sellers themselves. Our home purchase would have progressed much more smoothly had your team been on hand to handle the various obstacles that occurred. Did we try to contact you post-sale? Yes, but your team were unable to be contacted and never responded to messages. Do we wish to have this feed-back listed, or contacted by "Team Jared", we are not honestly particularly interested?
