They came to after an unsuccessful time with ray white Buderim (who would not listen and were only interest in auction). They listened to our requirements at all times and worked with us to gain a successful sale of property. There communication and negotiation skills were exceptional. They made you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Would thoroughly recommend them to any seller or purchaser

Jaryd came across as a very nice man,as first home buyers I suppose we expected a better service, towards settlement jaryd and his team were difficult to get in contact with and actually seemed to ignore us, keys weren't ready after settlement and no bubbles either,we were told by friends home buyers received a bottle of champagne, obviously not.
The only 2 issues we had with Jared involved 1) the office staff getting too involved and trying to skirt around my lawyers recommendations and 2) trying to convince us to sell the property below what we wanted during the auction. That being said Jared took a personal interest in a difficult property, presented buyers at the auction and got the job done. This including negotiating the winning bidder up to where we were happy (during the auction).
Jared was enthusiastic about selling my house, with a realistic (not overpriced) marketing strategy and managed expectation. As an older-style investment house, it was not for everyone and so yielded fewer enquiries, but he was able to secure an acceptably priced contract in a timely manner.
