After many years and many different properties, both Residential and Commercial we must hand it to Jarod for being the best we have experienced. With a sale prior to even advertising being done we were more than satisfied, and happily recommend him as a man to get the job done in an efficient manner while remaining ethical to the process and the impartiality to the seller and the buyer. Jarod treated the sale if my property with such care and attention to detail. Even to the point of purchasing some plants and planting in the front to enhance the property. Due to extremely bad tenants prior to sale I needed to make an insurance claim which Jarod handled for me from start to finish. He sold the property within the first month and took all the worry off my shoulders. I cannot speak highly enough of his Character, personality and integrity . An absolute joy to work with.
