The descriptors above (Market Knowledge, Communication, Credibility, Negotiation) need clarifying rather than just rate a low or high. Mr Carman's communication was extremely good prior to the purchase but was non existent once the purchase was made. Conversely, I sold a house in Mount Eliza where the selling agent maintained contact after the sale coming to our house with the purchasers on a number of occasions. (The purchasers had approached the agent to visit us as they wanted to be sure that they could "operate" everything once settlement occurred. The agent rang and checked with us if they could meet with us and attended each time). The selling agent for our house also rang well after settlement to see how our move from one house to another went. Not necessary but something that ensures you remember the high quality and professionalism of the agent. Mr Carman lost any built up credibility once the sale was brokered as he ceased all communication. If by negotiation it means negotiating a price suitable to both myself and the vendor then Mr Carman also loses credibility because I submitted three offers and was told each time that he was "sure" the offer submitted would be accepted by the vendor. Sales talk rather than sincerity.
