So we go to an open for inspection and fall in love with this house on Sunhill Rd. In order to buy it we needed to sell 2 houses, the one we live in and an investment property. I have now had 3 transactions with Jarrod in the last 4 years having purchased a block of land from him initially. We then sold our current home with Jarrod off the market in under 45 minutes and have just purchased our new home at auction with Jarrod.
